BAY OF PLENTY TRIBES [ liV TELEGRAPH —OWN COItRESPONDENT] TAURANGA, Sunday The death has occurred at the Judoa settlement, near Tauranga, of Nepia Ivohu, head of the Ngatiranginui and Ngaitcrangi tribes, at the age of 84 years. Ho was held in high esteem by Europeans and Maoris and was a wise counsellor of the Maori people. A tnngi is in progress and is being attended by a large number of natives.
