STORIES OF ATROCITIES PRESIDENT'S SON ARRESTED (Received November 2. £.f> p.m.) MADRID. Nov. 1 Corporal Luis Zaniora, son of the President of Spain, has been arrested. His father urged the Cabinet to carry out the law regardless of his personal feelings. The Cabinet thereupon ordered a court-martial. Corporal Zaniora was arrested because when recruits were, ordered to undergo an ettra month's service owing to the political situation, lie addressed others saying: "Why don't we all go home ? " Reports from Asturias of rebel outrages against priests and nuns arc followed by equally horrifying stories of atrocities by Moorish troops employed in pursuing tho rebels.
