It was decided to hold the annual championship and handicap tournament at Warkworth on E ebruary 28 and March 1 and 2. subject to the application to the Auckland lennis Association for these dates beiu" granted. It was decided that clubs with a membership of 30 or more should send two delegates i.o the association meetings. Officers were elected as follows:—President, Mr. R. Grant; vice-presidents, Messrs. o. N. Gleeson and B. Scholium; secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. M. Stanley; delegates to Auckland Association, Messrs., Tonk, Colegrove and Robb; match committee, Messrs. R. Grant, B. Scholium and the secretary; selection committee, Messrs. R. Grant, S. Morrison and secretary.
