POPULAR MATRON
DEATH IN ENGLAND LONDON, Oct. 21 The death is reported of Matron Wallace, of the Southwark Military Hospital. She was known to thousands of exservicemen throughout the Empire and had hundreds of correspondents after the war, including many New Zealanders and Australians.
