NEW MARSHAL APPOINTED (Received October 22, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Oct. 21 The King has appointed LieutenantGeneral Sir Sidney Clive to be Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps, in place of Major-General Sir John HanburyWilliams, who has retired. The latter has been appointed an extra equerry by His Majesty.
