FISHERIES DISPUTES PROPOSED COMMISSION British Wireless RUGEY, Oct. 14 A draft provisional agreement has been prepared for submission to the British and Norwegian Governments bj T experts of the two countries. This week they held conversations in the Foreign Office upon the possibility of establishing a joint commission to deal with disputes between British nnd Norwegian fishermen, with special reference to damage to gear. Lord de la Warr, Deputy-Minister of Fisheries, presided at a Government luncheon given to the Norwegian experts at the conclusion of the conversation?.
