AMERICAN CURRENCY
INFLATION PREDICTED REPUBLICAN AS CRITIC (Received October 15, 7.25, p.m.) -• / WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 Mr. T. D. Schall, Republican member of the Senate for Minnesota, stated to-day that, notwithstanding censorship and denials from White House, inflation of the currency is under way. At least 150,000,000 dollars' worth of new "greenbacks," he said, have left the United States Government's printing presses and are finding their way into circulation. Mr. Schall declared that campaign doles to the farmers were costing a vast »uni, and that after the next election prices will soar and the farmer will find that the money he receives is worth little more than the paper it is printed upon.
