NO TRACE OF MAORI SEARCH BEING CONTINUED [from our own correspondent] TE EUITT, Monday Xo further developments have occurred in connection with the search for a young Maori who is wanted, in connection with the murder of fpur members of the Davenport family and the burning of the Davenport homestead a-t Rangitoto on Tuesday night, llain interfered with the work of the searchers yesterday and to-day, but the investigation is proceeding. No trace of the missing man has been found. Every day which passes without evidence of his whereabouts being received strengthens the presumption that he is dead. Additional police and civilians will assist in the search from to-morrow.
