Among Cambridge visitors to Auckland for th 6 races are: Mr. and Mrs. B. Brewer and Miss .Tean Brewer, Airs. M. Souter and Miss Ruth Souter, and Miss Grace Martyn. Miss M. Peake, of the staff of the Christchurch Hospital, is on a t.o her mother, Mrs. C. Peake, of Grev Street. , , , Miss Mary Salinger, who has been staying with Airs. S. X. Ziman, of Cambridge, left yesterday for Auckland. She will sail for England, via Svdnev, on Thursday. Miss Jean Goodall, Te Awamutu, is staving with her grandmother. Mrs. R. Swiivne, of The Oaks, Fencourt. Mrs. N. V. Hubble, Mission Bay, is stay inn with Mrs. A. J. Swayne, of Fencourt. A bridge party in honour of Mrs. n. E Jon Smith, of Nelson (formerly Miss Ailie Nelson, of Roto-o-rangi), was given by her mother, Mrs. H. P. Nelson. Japonica, irises and other lovely spring flowers made a very attractne setting for the bridge tables. Those present included Mesdames H. E. Por-rit-t, F. W. Skeet. R. J. Neel.V, W. Home, W. Garland. W. Robinson. E. R. lice, the Misses Addie Brown, Jean Priestley, Joan Couper, Elsie Skeet. Betty Skeet, Noeline Banks and Elsie Robinson.
