OVERSEAS LEAGUE
The Overseas League held a bridge and mah jongg evening in their clubrooms in aid of the Community Sunshine Association. Mr. H. Early introduced Major-General Sir George Richa::dson, who spoke briefly of the wonderful work done among the children, and of how grateful the association was for any help given. The guests were welcomed by Mrs. A. E. French and Miss P. Harty. The prizes, which had been donated for the occasion, were won by the following:— Bridge: Mrs. Spriggs, M r - R- Kiddey, Miss C. Lloyd, Mrs. Bradshaw, Mr. Bennett, Miss M. Shroff, Mrs. Burfoot. Mah jongg: Miss R. McAllister. Among those present were: —Mesdames W. Bright, E. M. B. Sharood, B. J.
