DECISIONS OF AUTHORITY t Four applications for aniondniGnts to passenger service licences wero heard by the No. 2 Licensing Authority on Saturday morning,. An application of E. J. Quoid to carry parcels ou the servico between Auckland and Laingbolm and a minor alteration of the conditions governing the picking tip of passengers were granted. An amendment to the North Shore Transport Company's licence in connection with the issue of special picture theatre tickets also was granted. It was decided to give a special licence to the Auckland Bus Company to carry relief workers between Auckland and Hobsonville at a faro of 8s a week. A restriction prohibiting the Auckland Bus Company from carrying passengers between Folkes Street and Murgan Avenue, New Lynn, on the Auck-land-Titirangi service, was lifted and the question of an alteration in the time-table was deferred to enable the two parties concerned to confer.
