HOW PLACES ARE FILLED THOUSANDS CONSCRIPTED LONDON. Ocl. 4 ' The Berlin correspondent of the News Chronicle states that by Ministerial decree thousands of young men and women are already being conscripted for labour camps all over Germany. Their places are being given to unemployed fathers of families. A NATIONAL HOUSE HERR HITLER'S PROPOSAL LONDON. Sept. 26 Herr Hitler proposes to have a national house for German Labour erected on the Rhine, facing Cologne, says the Frankfort correspondent of the Times. It will be half-a-mile long and contain terraces and pillared arcades. It will be used for '.'Labour Front" congresses. The construction will occupy eight years.
