NEW CUNARD LINER

LAUNCHING ON WEDNESDAY HIS MAJESTY'S SPEECH BROADCAST TO DOMINIONS (Received September 23, 5.5 p.m.) % LONDON, Sept. 22 Prior to the launching of the new Cunard liner No. 534 on Wednesday the King will deliver a short broadcast speech at 2.50 p.m. It will be relayed to the Dominions and to America. The arrangements are practically complete for the launching. In addition to Their Majesties the Prince of Wales will attend the ceremony and afterwards will return to Balmoral with the King. At the King's express wish the veteran workers of the Clydebank shipyard who have been engaged building No. 534 and other great vessels which have been launched from the same slipways will be introduced to His Majesty.
