STRAIN IN WITNESS BOX Mrs. Lillis Sophia Sanders, of Unlev. South Australia, collapsed in the wit-ness-box in the Adelaide Supreme Court recently, necessitating the temporarv adjournment of the hearing of her claim for £2OOO damages against Franz Wilhelm Otto Dahl, builder and contractor. of Mannum. The claim, which was part heard, arose from the death of Charles Bush Sanders, late "curator of the National Park, Belair, and was made by his widow on behalf of herself and Robert Bush Sanders., aged three, the son of the deceased. The plaintiff's statement of claim sets out that Mr. Sanders, on the nigfyt of November 9, 1932. was walking along the main road at Gumeracha and was negligently run down by * •Motor-car driven by the defendant, •uttering injuries from which he died.
