BROADCAST TALKS
BRITISH-ISRAEL BAN An announcement is made by the Auckland British-Israel Association, that the talks which have been broadcast twice weekly from station IZM, Manurewa, for the past 10 months, have been banned by the Post and Telegraph Department. The department has advised the association that "the subject matter of the British-Israel talks is deemed to bo of a controversial nature, and they are to cease forthwith." The association considers that the listening public is not in sympathy with this decision, and requests that those interested should communicate their opinions on the matter to tho association, the Postmaster-General and their local member of Parliament.
