THE TAMAKI CLUB SITE FOR NEW CLUBHOUSE "In my opinion the club has secured the finest site on the whole of the Waitemata for its clubhouse," said Mr. W. A. Wilkinson, who presided at the annual meeting of the Taniaki Yacht Chib last evening. There was a very large attendance of members., including a number of ladies.

A feature of the racing was the contest between the M and V classes for Mrs. Schmidt's trophy. The holding of sweepstake races had proved popular, and, as they did not take much of the club funds, there was no reason why the club should not hold more sweepstake events during the coming season.
