LAND FOR SETTLEMENT
The North Auckland Land Board met on Wednesday, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Mr. W. D. Armit, presiding. A section of first-class land consisting of 15 acres 0 roods 5 perches, three mues from Swanson, was allotted to Mrs. E. Young, of Whitford, who was the onlv applicant. The capital value of the land is £l5O. Two sections of >econd-elass land failed to receive an applicant. __________
