PEDIGREE BULL SALES
COMBINED BREEDERS OFFERINGS AT CLAUDELANDS [FROM OUR OWN OORRE3POM»XNT] HAMILTON. Tbunday Ninety-seven pedigree Jersey bulb were sold at the Waikato Combined Breeders and Auctioneers* annual sale at Claudelands to-day and averaged 12gps. The bidding was brisk this moraing, but slackened in the afternoon,and many lots were passed in. The best price received was 46gns., paid by Mr. R. La Trobe, Te Mata, for the Ruakura State Farm bull, Dominion Courageous. Mr. S. Campbell, Waihou, paid 40gns. for another Ruakura bull, Dominion, Democrat. The bull Ivanhoe Conqueror, offered on account of Miss I. K. D. Garland, Cambridge, was sold to Mr. P. L. Baird, Whakatane, for 29gns. Mr. W. 4- Clark, Waihou, paid 28gns. for the Ruakura bull Dominion Bank Master, while Mr. La Trobe paid 23gns. for the Ruakura bull Dominion Golden Tinge. The bull Hukanui Admiralty was sold by Mr. A. E. Williams, Claudelands, to Mr. F. RCatley, Orini, for 22gns. Mr. R. Hitchcn, Waihou, paid 21gns. for Ebors Tormentor, sold on behalf of Mr. R. J. Wilson, Putaruru. The sale concludes to-morrow.
