AN APPEAL DISMISSED

[by telegraph—press association] .. WELLINGTON, Thursday

The appeal of Norman Eric Walker, marine engineer, from a decision of Mr. W. F. Stilwoll, S.M., cancelling a separation order niado in September, 1931, was dismissed by Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court to-day. His Honor hold that all the evidence, including letters, showed that there had been a reconciliation since then.
