SHEEP DOG TRIALS HELD [from our own correspondent] TF, AROHA, Thursday The sheep dog trials held in connection with the Te Aroha Kennel Club's third annual show were well contested. Mr. W. Newell, of Taniahere, acted as judge. Res ilts were as follows:--Driving and Yarding.—C. Cameron, 1; A. McNaiiKhton, 2 and 3. Retrieving trial event: P. Brasting, 1; E. J. Schofield, 2; J. H. Johnson and A. Mond. 3. The result of the open class for Pekingese bitches at the show was as follows: Sirs. L. A. Braithwaite, 1; S. J. Arnott, 2.
