GISBORNE SOLICITOR'S CASE [" BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION J WELLINGTON. Thursday Tho Court of Appeal to-day made an order absolute striking Reginald Bernard Hill, of Gisborne, barrister and solicitor, off the rolls. In delivering the decision of the Court, Mr. Justice pointed out that Hill s misconduct had not been of a criminal nature, and that it was open to him to show bv his behaviour during the next two years that he was a fit and pro|)ei person to resume the practice of his profession. Costs £ls 15s were allowed to the Law Society.
