DETAILS OF ITINERARY LIST OF OFFICERS [fbom odb own correspondent] LONDON, Aagnst 17 H.M.S. Leith left Chatham this week for her prolonged voyage to Auckland. Tha sloop is expected to arrive at Gibraltar on August 19 and leave again on August 22. The subsequent timetable is as follows:—Malta, August 27-29; Port Said, September 2-3; Aden, September 9-13; Colombo, September 22-26; and Singapore, October 3-7. The dates fof calling at two Dutch ports have not been arranged, but the 6hip is expected to arrive at Thursday Island on October 23 and leave again on October 25. She is to arrive at Brisbane on November 4. Leaving Brisbane on November 8, she is timed to arrive at Auckland on November 14. Captain O. Bevir has as his senior officers Lieutenant C. H. C. Singleton and Lieutenant C. A. C. Montgomery (navigating officer)*. Lieutenant Singleton became a midshipman in 1924, sublieutenant in February 1927, and lieutenant, June, 1929. He received the Royal Humane Society.'s medal for attempting to save a stoker from drowning at Hankow in 1930. He has served in the Benbow, Iron Duke, Suffolk and Warspite. Lieutenant Montgomery became midshipman in May, 3926, sub-lieutenant in March, 1929, and lieutenant in April, 1930. He has served in the Valiant, Revenge, Nelson and "Warspite. The other officers are Surgeon-Lieu-tenant C. D. D. de Labilliere, SubLieutenant N. Scott-Elliot, Gunner B< H. Brett and Warrant-Engineer C. G. Kerswill.
