CRUISE IN LAUNCH
WELLINGTON TO DUNEDIN DEPARTURE IN FINE WEATHER , [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Sunday The launch Edsel Ford left Wellington at 6.15 this morning for Dunt'din. There was a light northerly breeze and favourable conditions prevailed for crossing Cook Strait. The Edsel Ford was brought to New Zealand by Rear-Admiral Bvrd, and a party of seven is taking the launch to Dunedin, some of them belonging to the company of the expedition ship Bear of Oakland. The party includes Captain B. Johansen, Messrs. Victor Niewoehner, Guy Tapley, R. Miller and A. Miller.
