CAR CRANKED IN GEAR
FRACTURE OF MAN'S LEG [by TELEGRAPH —OWN" correspondent] WHANGAREI, Thursday An unusual accident occurred to-day when Mr. D. Blnmliardt, aged 57, of Norfolk Street, Whangarei, received a fracture of the left leg. Mr. Blumhardt was cranking his car, which had inadvertently been left in gear and it jumped forward, pinning him to the wall of his garage. He was taken to the Whangarei Hospital.
