JUDGMENT RESERVED Judgment was reserved yesterday by Mr. Justice Herdman in the action in which E Griffiths Hughes, Limited, of Manchester, claimed an injunction and £SOO damages against the Allen Saline Company, of Newmarket. The plaintiffs, who are the proprietors of Kruschen salts, alleged that the defendants, by the sale of the preparation Rhusal salts, had infringed their rights and injured their business Mr. Richmond and Mr. Weir appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. Barrowclough, instructed by Mr. Craig, for the defence. Mr. Richmond completed his legal argument yesterday. The case, which began on Wednesday of last week, lasted for just over a week.
