VULCAN LANE TOURNEY A fine exhibition of billiards was given in tho Vulcan Lane tournament last evening, when A. Crossnn defeated M. White by 500 points to -127. Both players were at the top of their form and were frequently applauded for breaks of over 50. White took the load with a run of 83 and. playing confidently, had iin advantage of M 0 at the 250 mark. Then Crossan wiped off his deficit with breaks of 45, 07 and 85. and oventually ran to points. A. Moon will play L. Holdsworth this evening.
