SOUTH AUSTRALIA'S ACTION COMMISSIONER APPOINTED (Received August 13. 7.20 p.m.) ADELAIDE. August 13 The Government of South Australia has appointed a Royal Commission, similar to that in- New South Wales, to inquire into company affairs in Australia and New Zealand. Mr. A. G. Briskham, registrar of companies, is the commissioner.
