MONEY ORDER FORM NINE MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT For forging a form at Whangarei, giving him authority to receive payment of a money-order for ,C 1 16s sd, Edgar Allan Penney (Mr. Npble), came before Mr. Justice Herdman for sentence in tho Supreme Court yesterday. Penney had deliberately forged a document and taken the money. Ho had a list of previous convictions, and ho would bo sentenced to nine months' imprisonment, with hard Labour.
