POLISH MINERS
EXPELLED FROM FRANCE SEQUEL TO RECENT STRIKE PARIS, August 9 Eighty of the Polish miners who imprisoned themselves and French miners in a pit at Escarpelle, as a protest against the dismissal of two of their compatriots because of Communist activities, have been expelled from France.
