DEATH IN HOSPITAL

MAN UNDER ANAESTHETIC While under an anaesthetic at the Auckland Hospital yesterday morning Mr. John .Wilson Tong. aged 63, of 218 New North Road, Kingsland, died during the course of an operation for an internal trouble. An inquest was later opened by Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., coroner, and adjourned sine die after evidence of identification had been taken.
