ERIC COLMAN

FIRST SCREEN APPEARANCE The appearance of Eric Colman in the new Beaumont Smith Australian production " Splendid Fellows" will undoubtedly bo of great interest. While Eric was associated with the business side of Universal Pictures, Ronald, his brother, was appearing in the "Bulldog Drummond" films. Ho is two years Eric's junior. Both brothers served in the world war, and when it was over Ronald went to America and made a name for himself as a film actor, and Eric, after remaining in the army for a further period, went to Australia. Ho is a keen student of the drama, has played in several leading amateur societies in London, and has been heard from 2GB in dramatic sketches. He is remarkably liko Ronald in appearance, more rugged perhaps, with the same twinkle in his eye and the same speaking voice.
