Auckland. t> PURPORT OF RESOLUTION 1. That tho Board call in and convert Loan of £IOO,OOO under Part V. of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1920. 2. That fourteen Cpnversion Debentures, repayable over a period of fourteen years, aggregating £IOO,OOO and bearing Interest at 4i per cent, payablo hnlf-yoarly, be issued by the Board under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and exchanged for Debentures of original Loan. 3. That from the Sinking Fund of the original Loan the Board pay £1214 5s 3d as a premium to the holders of the original Debentures. 4. That the existing Special Rate of oneeighth of a penny in the pound constitute the security for the Conversion Debentures. 5. That a Sinking Fund of £2650 per annum, increased as sot forth in the Resolution, be established, and the Public Trustee appointed Sinking Fund Coinmis Bioncr thereof, and that tho balance of the Sinking Fund of tho original Loan be added to tho Sinking Fund for the new Debentures. 6. That tho costs and charges of and in cxlental to tho Conversion Loan not exceeding £3OO be paid out of tho original Sinking Fund. A copy of the said Resolution iB deposited at tho Office of tho Board, Power Board Building, Queen Strcot, Auckland, and will remain open for public inspection until Noon on MONDAY, the 3rd day of September, 1934.
