WINTER CHAMPIONSHIPS The winter competitions of th# Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club will be advanced another stage at the Outer. Domain on Saturday afternoon wheft. in addition to the usual events, the club s discutfthrowing and Bhot-putting winter championships will be decided. The cross-£ouhtr£ and sprint championships will be, contested on August 25. on whioh date it ib the intention to close the winter season.
