KINGSFORD SMITH
MONOPLANE REGISTERED MELBOURNE, August 1 Sir Charles Kingsford Smith has been granted a certificate of registration which will enable him to fly his Lockheed Altair monoplane within the Commonwealth. The issue of a certificate of airworthiness which is reouired for the Centenary race is still pending. ,
