ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Wednesday The seventh annual conference of the New Zealand Wholesale Ice Cream Manufacturers' Association was opened by the Minister of Health, the Hon. J. A. Young, to-day. The president, Mr. F. Wise (Gisborne) presided. The following officers were elected:— President, Mr. F. Wise (Gisborne); executive, Messrs. W. A. Fisher (Wellington), F. Wright (Christchureh) and H. R. Ayers (Wellington), who was also appointed secretary.
The conference will continue tomorrow, when remits will be dealt with.
