MOTORIST NOT GUILTY
SEQUEL TO FATALITY [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] : \ TIMARU, Tuesday A charge of negligent driving, theroby causing death, was preferred against John Robert Nimmo, of Puncdin, in the Supreme Court to-day before l\lr. Jus£ico Johnston. After a retirement of 21 minutes the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
