THEFTS FROM SHOPS
MONEY TAKEN FROM TILLS PREMISES AT KAITAIA [by telegraph—own correspondent] KAITAIA, Saturday During the past few weeks pftty thieving has been prevalent in Kattaia. Shopkeepers report the rifling of tills at night, small sums being taken. For some nights the Kaitaia. police have been keeping a close watch on the premises visited and last evening, after a long vigil in the pouring rain. Constable E. Buckley arrested a juvenile.
