GERMANY WARNED
OUTRAGES IN AUSTRIA SHARP ITALIAN ARTICLE Times Cable LONDON, July 20 The Koine correspondent of the Times reports that the Giornale d'italia prints a strong warning to Germany, saying that neither Austrian nor international opinion will further tolerate Nazi agitators and bestial terrorist outrages. The sharpness of this authoritative article indicates Italian disappointment at Germany's failure to carry out the gentlemen's agreement regarding Austria, which Signor Mussolini and Herr Hitler were believed to have reached.
