h)i)i linn id)))) (1.. \t i]i| People! to whom waved hair is abhorrent often find it difficult when growing straight hair from bobbed to long, to preserve that air of grooming which is nowadays so necessary. Here are one or two solution* to this difficulty. The top illustration shows an early stage of growing, when the hair is just a little longer than a bob. Here the hair is drawn back to show thq ear-tips, the ends are curled and held by unobtrusive slides. The two lower coiffures, for hair which has grown a little longer, are formed of neat rolls which are made as shown. Buy some ordinary flexible lead curlers in a suitable colour. Slip one over a sufficient amount of hair at the end, leaving good projections at each side (A). Bqnd up (E>) ; roll up aa far a? possible (C); bend the ends firmly underneath (Q). The curlers are then invisible and hold the hair securely in place.
