Olphert, of the staff of the Napier Boys' High School, has been nominated for the position of manager of the New Zealand secondary schools athletic team to take part in the Melbourne centenary celebrations in November. Before and-after the Great "War Mr. Olphert was a prominent Auckland and New Zealand University athlete.
