In Thames Borough, 12 parties had returns from crushings which ranged from lOdwt. to 21oz. lldwt., the total bullion won being oloz. 19dwt., the value, without bonus, being £143 4s Id. In Thames County seven' parties had returns ranging from sdwt. to 3oz. 13dwt., the total bullion being valued at £22 7s 3d. In Coromandel County eight parties had crushings yielding 16oz. 2dwt. bullion, valued at £3B 9s sd. Individual returns ranged from lldwt. to 4oz. 12dwt. In addition, bonuses amounted to £172 2s lOd, paid between February 26 and March 20.
