[BY TKT-KCItAI'H—OWN COlt lIES I'OM I) KN T ] .WELLINGTON, Monday When an ambulance was 011 the way to the citv from an outer suburb at three o'clock this morning the woman patient gave birth to a boy. A doctor was summoned and a second" boy was born.
