OFFICERS OF THE UNION* [from our own corekspondrnt] WEANGABEI, Friday There was a good attendance of members at the annual meeting of the AYhaiigarei branch of the' New Zealand Farmers' Union. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:— President, Mr. A. E. Phillips; vicepresident, Mr. E. EUen; secretary, Mr. (jr. A. Storrar; delegates to the subprovincial executive, Messrs. A. E. Phillips, E. Ellen and G. A. Storrar. air. T. F. Jolly, Dominion organiser, gavo an address upon his activities in the district. New branches had been formed at Whareora and Parua Bay.
