PRICES REMAIN STEADY FISH FAIRLY'PLENTIFUL • % Little change has occurred in the prices of foodstuffs on the retail market during the past week. After rising for several weeks the values of eggs have steadied, hen eggs selling at 2s 4d and duck eggs at 2s a dozen. The season for outdoor tomatoes ig nearing a close and prices for the best qualities have risen from 6d to lOd apound Most varieties of fish are fairly plentiful, but yesterday's storm will probably cause a shortage at the beginning of next week, when present stocks will be depleted.
