THE BIG-GAME HUNTER

Referring to the suggestion by the Lender of the Opposition, Mr. M. J. Savage, of an early election, and the implied dissension in the Cabinet, the Minister of Finance, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, stated recently that no doubt the idea was very dear to Mr. Savage's heart, but Mr. Coates agreed with the Prima Minister in stating that the wish was father to the thought.
