TWO NOTED SOCIALISTS NEWSPAPER MAKES EXIT BERLIN, April 1 The oldest newspaper in Berlin, the Vossisehe Zeitnng, hade farewell to its readers yesterday. It lias ceased publication on the. ground that with the new conditions in Germany its task lias ended. Two of the most famous Socialists in Germany are reported to have been converted to Hitlerism. Dr. Karl Severing has published a book entitled "My Path to Hitler," in which ho expresses loyalty to the Chancellor. He says: "Paul Loebe already has acknowledged his loyalty to Herr Hitler, and 1 follow that example."
