GERMAN PAYMENT SUM OF 1,250,000 DOLLARS NOTIFICATION RECEIVED (Received April 1, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 31 Of 50,000,000 dollars due to the United States to-day from Germany on mixed claims and the costs of the army of occupation the State Department has received notice that 1,250.000 dollars will be paid on April 3. The actual deposit of the money was deferred as to-day and Monday are bank holidays in Germany.
