JOCKEY THROWN IN RACE

ACCIDENT AT ELLERSLIE A fracture of a collarbone and scalp wounds were suffered by the jockey Leonard Willisun Dulieu, aged 30, as a result of beirg thrown from the horse ?Jane Grey when it fell at a jump in the Mangere Steeplechase at Ellerslie racecourse on Saturday afternoon. The lace was the sixth 011 the first day's programme of the Auckland Racing Club's autumn meeting. The injured jockey, who is married and lives at 27 Adam Street, Green Lane, was conveyed to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition was reported last evening to be satisfactory.
