Mr. : Schmitt, was speaking from the Comj monwealth Postmaster-General's exhibit at the Royal Show, Sydney, and both his conversation and Mr. Clinkard s were given to the., public there by a loud-speaker system, known as the public address system. After talking to Mr. Schmitt for about a-quarter of an hour Mr. Clinkard spoke to Mr. A. J. Stalhyorthy. M.P., who is at present on holiday in Australia. Mr. Stalhvorthv said that New Zealand was well to the fore at the show, and referred in glowjng ! terms to the work being done by New ! Zealand House in Sydney. Mr. Ci. R. Milne, telegraph engineer, I then spoke to a few visitors to the show.
