ANGORA IN VOGUE
That angora wool will be one of the most popular materials used this year is already evident, some of the newest sports wear on view at the autumn shows revealing this cosy textured wool in a number of sports garments. One sleeveless jacket was of fawn angora, double-breasted, and fitted with a pocket. It felt like swansdo'wn to the touch.
Another method of using angora, and one. that will appeal to the home knitter, is to introduce a stripe into the knitted garment. A jumper in navy wool had a stripe showing in white angora. Buttoned to the shoulder, this cosy garment fitted snugly to the waist on a deep ribbing.
